and reduce the target's Attack and Defense level by 10.
Lasts for 3 minutes.
The Eye of the Northern Sky status will be expired after activation. 

Decreases target's Attack and Defense level by 2 more levels when the Spirit Bore status is activated by ○Gemini Slash.
