My sources have informed me that the Shroud are gathering materials for a secret mechanized weapon. It might be a good idea to start gathering parts as well. We can get some Enchanted Cogs from defeating Defense Constructs located near the Sunchaser Temple Ruins. Collect 8 Enchanted Cogs, and deliver them to me.
